References and inspiration
This is a selection of sources of inspiration I have used over the years. There are many more, and I welcome your tips for additional sources of inspiration and knowledge. Each book is added as a separate link, and a few of the websites I like is here:
Strengthsfinder 2.0, Tom Rath
There are many methods and tools to find YOU. Many of such tests and tools help you discover weak spots, blind spots and areas you may improve. But what about your strong sides? On which areas do you excel?
Strengthsfinder show you which areas you are strong, and how you can use your strengths to create even better results.
Leader Effectiveness Training L.E.T.: The Proven People Skills for Today’s Leaders Tomorrow, Thomas Gordon
This book is another true and tested book and method. Great tips, and plenty of useful ideas to implement.
FISH! By Stephen C. Lundin, Ph.D., Harry Paul and John Christensen
Now, the FISH! story is a fascinating one. If you have ever been in doubt about what you do, how to cope with challenges, or how to engage in the moment, this is for you!
Predictable irrational, Dan Ariely
This is one of many books on the topic of how we behave (or don't behave) when making decisions - from simple choices, to life-important ones. I like the to-the-point writing, and his story telling skills. His personal take on the topic is also very intriguing.
